"Calling for Peace Event" See you there... to talk about the new production of the sequel, called "Sacred Connection", features a former dance troupe of Syrian classmates and friends who danced and performed together for many years in their homeland.

The event will have Flamenco dancing performance during the screening of a short film called “Jasmenco” - Opera performance presented by several international singers. -Buffet + drinks will be served and there will be an art sale during the intermission. Dearest friends and guests of Flightless Birds Event, we would like to thank everyone for his generous donation to this project, we are finally able to offer the 2017 scholar supplies for 50 kids in a school in Damascus... and help them study to realize their dreams..

Zianoor Film company invites you to a Fund-raising party to show portions of a new documentary film entitled "Flightless Birds" by Wathec Salman.
The purpose behind this film is to raise international awareness around the plight of these families trapped by war. Proceeds from ticket sales will go toward financing this project.
In Syria right now scenes of devastation and death dominate life across the country, yet stories of survival abound, being transformed into legends.
Humanitarian crises, resulting from a half a decade of civil war, vary depending on the degree of devastation that has befallen particular places. The repercussions have been most serious for an entire generation of children, who have grown up during the war, and who have only known war.
This is a portrait of Syrian children, some of whom have spent much of their childhood under bombardment, under the imminent threat of sudden explosions or in refugee camps. The action takes place within a school, in which the children and their families are protected, yet from which none of them can escape.
During this event we'll be showing portions of "Flightless Birds" as well as having performances of various artists. Syrian sweets will be served.
