🛑IMPORTANT: Please upload the actual design file, not a photo or screenshot of a shirt.
We can only print high-quality designs using:
• PNG files with a transparent background
• SVG vector files
• High-resolution artwork files
Photos of shirts, screenshots, mockups, or images taken from the internet usually cannot be used because the quality is too low and the background cannot be separated cleanly.
If you only have a photo or screenshot, message us before ordering. We may be able to recreate the design for an additional artwork fee.
