I watched so many sunsets here.

Some afternoons, the Plaza was pure chaos, full of energy, with people from all over the world gathering to witness a once in a lifetime sunset. It was overwhelming at times, but there was something so beautiful about sharing that moment with so many people, all there for the same reason.

Sunrise felt like the opposite. Quiet and slow, a gentle wake up before the day began. Sharing the space with the early birds was energizing and motivating, a reminder that there’s something special about witnessing a place before the rest of the world wakes up.

My main goal for summer is to connect with more people. I want to document real connections.

When I connected with Elena and Martin, I was so excited to visit them in their hometown of Alberobello, where they run a beautiful collection of authentic trulli homes.

We spent the afternoon walking through the town, learning about the history and stories that make this place so special.

I think one of the greatest love languages is time. When someone chooses to slow down, share a place they love, and let you experience it through their eyes, it changes the way you see the world. It creates a sense of belonging, even if only for a moment, and reminds you that home is often found in the people who welcome you.

I fell in love with this little town. I couldn’t stop staring at its cliffs. It blows my mind that people get to live in places like this, surrounded by so much beauty and history.

It also amazes me how people find each other. The invisible string theory its so real, and I never get tired of hearing the stories of how two people meet. I love asking that simple question.

People can be born in different countries, live completely different lives, and somehow still find their way to one another. To me, that’s one of the coolest and beautiful reminders that God is real, always with a bigger and better plan that we could have imagine.

I wanted to capture the softness of this wedding, the gentle love, and everything in between the to do list.

From the moment I met them, I felt the warmth of who they were, both individually and together. Their kindness, and their love spoke for itself.

I’m going to try not to turn this into my wedding speech for Bri and Cory, but watching your best friend fall in love is something really special. It’s almost like watching your own child grow up and leave the nest.

I’ve seen this girl through so many phases of life, and seeing her this happy with someone who truly is everything she’s ever wanted has been kind of mind blowing. Getting to witness the way she loves, and how she’s grown through it, has taught me more than I expected.

The moment I arrived at the venue, it felt like stepping into another world, and to me, that’s what it’s all about.

Every detail, every touch, thoughtfully brought together by an incredible team of vendors who created something entirely unique for Nucia and Aaron.

It was beautiful, it was magical, and I felt so grateful to witness it all and capture those moments.

It truly takes a village to build a world that lets you step inside a love story.

On the way to Hawkesdene, I was telling Carolyn that my favorite part of shooting weddings is the people the connections, the friendships, and getting to work alongside people I genuinely love.

Showing up to this wedding felt less like work and more like reuniting with old friends, we got to play with Alpacas and had fun in the rain.
