Farmworkers are disproportionately affected by COVID-19. Vecinos Farmworker Health Program is a free clinic and provides the only in-person, bilingual, integrated physical/mental health care west of Buncombe County, NC. They serve 1,000 patients a year and, right now, are working to also help their patients make ends meet financially.
