Actions speak louder than words. If you ask the man who murdered George Floyd whether he was racist, he'd probably say no, and likely will say so repeatedly in his trial. But like a refusal to speak up, this kind of defensiveness is a form of violence. It slams the door on any hope of change, guaranteeing continued injustice. Black people in America will not see true justice until the rest of us interrogate our own assumptions and behavior.

Ultimately, actions are an antidote to this defensiveness. We can read Black authors, listen to Black voices and actively challenge racism when we see it in ourselves or others. It's not enough for people like us, the people who run this agency, to talk about our values. We have to take concrete action to dismantle the centuries-old system of white supremacy that led to the abuse and murder of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, Ahmaud Arbery, Trayvon Martin, Dr. Martin Luther King, Emmett Till and countless other Black Americans.

Click Marketing is giving a total of $1500 to organizations that seek to dismantle white supremacy and ensure justice for Black people in the USA, including Black Lives Matter, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and others as suggested by activists we admire.

A Click Marketing campaign was featured in Fast Company! This article showcases how we helped our client City Home incentivize orders during the COVID-19 pandemic. We partnered with local Portland florist Old Town Florist to offer customers surprise flower bouquets with their furniture deliveries 💐 This campaign allowed City Home to show small-business solidarity while encouraging sales. We also got to introduce Old Town Florist to the large social following we’ve helped build for City Home. It was a fun way to make the most of a less-than-ideal situation and help our client shine!

As coronavirus quarantines have forced many to close their doors, these small businesses have come up with ways to continue to serve customers and expand their offerings.

Thank you Artslandia for an amazing holiday party 🎄We loved the mystical foggy drive up into Portland’s southwest hills that led to your magical gathering at Portland’s iconic Pittock Mansion. Such an incredible theme, “Our favorite things!” We had such a great time exploring the historic mansion and hunting for our brown paper packages tied up with strings. 🙏🏼
