Children are bring overwhelmed by what is happening to the world around them, the changes, the scary news on TV, not really understanding why they can't go to school or see friends and family. My youngest child started having a hard time falling asleep at night this week. If you are having a similar issue at home try reading them a guided relaxation.

Breathing Technique of the day: Back to Back Breathing
-This is easier for older children to do. If you have a younger child you can also place them on your lap, pull them close to you and place your hands on their belly. Match your breathing to theirs or help them count taking a few deep breaths.
