Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Company Handbook.
Able to develop improvements to existing practices where necessary
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Ensure high level of quality through all work products
Have a sense of urgency to meet daily deadlines
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Create leads through cold calling and driving new opprotunities
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Required Job Skills:
Strong, professional written and communication skills
Ability to prospect new potential customers
Attention to detail, performing tasks with accuracy
Customer focus with ability to identify prospect needs
Ability to provide solid information to prospect and strong negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Strong time-management skills with respect for deadlines
Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure future sales
Ability to problem solve

Work Experience and Education Requirements:
Minimum High School education or equivalent
