Yes! We are Open For Business!!
Because employee and customer health is our #1 priority, we are practicing safe guidelines as we conduct business. We commit there will be NO negative impact on the customer service or quality of work that we are so proud of. If you have any suggestions that will improve our efficiency, we welcome them.
We have implemented tele-working and scheduling virtual appointments when possible. We are using technology solutions to reduce person to person interaction. (The hardest part to work out. Our customers become our friends.)
Our graphics and design teleworking hours are 8:00-5:00, Monday thru Friday. Most banner and sign designs are easily communicated by phone, text and/or e-mail. When an in-office visit is appropriate, we will be happy to schedule an appointment, at your convenience.
There are no specific hours for manufacturing at the shop. Someone will be there most weekdays or evenings, unless we are on an install. Please call before you come to the shop to be sure someone is there. If we are not there, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
For in-office visits, a face-covering is optional, unless mandated by the federal or state government. We respect social distancing. Our work surfaces and door handles will be sanitized after every appointment. Sanitizer and soap and water are available.
We will use curbside pickup, delivery or pickup where practical.
