A first look at the insane decor and installations of Bryan and Erica’s Devils Thumb Ranch wedding last weekend! is one of the most insanely creative vendors I’ve had the chance to work with, and everyone was in awe of her work all weekend — especially the custom built seating chart that had a button next to each guests name and when pushed, a light next to the correct table (named for one of the couples favorite Aspen hikes) would light up. And designed a truly memorable experience for every guest by transforming the High Lonesome barn into beautiful indoor forest. What an insane honor it was to photograph it all!

Choosing what to share first from Anastasia & Trevor’s Aspen wedding day last weekend is nearly impossible! We experienced every kind of weather there is, yet the spirits couldn’t have been higher all day. Somehow, at the very moment we needed the weather to let up, it would — the clouds would part, and the mountains or sun would poke through at just the right time. I truly will never forget this day! And shout out to Jess with — she made everything run so smoothly despite the chaos 🩶

Behind My Lens

I've had a camera in hand since I was a 10 year old, growing up in Arkansas. My mother has always been a photographer, and when I was younger I would constantly pester her to let me assist any time she went on a shoot. I had a passion for holding a reflector, let me tell ya! Since then, I've continued to play with photography, capturing anything/anyone that will get in front of my lens.

From Corporate to Creative

Photography has always been a creative passion of mine, but for most of my life, I had decided that I would never "turn my hobby into my job". What?! Was. I. Thinking.

After 3 years in digital marketing, and hopping through a few different companies, it took a wedding and a move to Oxford, England for me to realize that I needed to start pursuing something I love. We spend 30%+ of our lives invested in our work, so why was I wasting so much of my life doing something I didn't enjoy? After wrapping up my wedding, I realized that I loved everything about the industry: from working with vendors, to planning the perfect event, and gathering all of my people together. The joy that came after seeing all of the creativity come to fruition was all it took. I knew that I wanted to walk alongside other couples in the most joyous season of their lives.
