It’s Sketch Saturday! Here are logo ideas / symbols to represent an under appreciated demographic: senior citizens.

Like this tree, wisdom is grown through time, care, and experience.

Our world is so focused on whatever is newest or coming next, but it's important to recognize those who have stood the test of time. I hope this design can show some appreciation for their life experiences, wisdom, and efforts.

Moodboard for the Week:
Reminding myself some key points for business growth this week. I am not all about work hard, play hard. I'm not all about stepping on others to get somewhere. I want to have patience as I grow, encourage myself through the tough spots, and be the person I'd want to work with.

It does take coming out of my comfort zone. It takes getting up, working, and creating daily. It takes time and not giving up.

I like creating multiple variations of a logo because you may not know all your use cases for the future.

You may want to put your logo on a pen one day, and a water bottle another day. Those are vastly different sizes and shapes. The same logo variant will not look good on both.

Monday got derailed this week, so here we are on Tuesday. It's the first full week of August. For many families, school is starting, and we are entering into a season of new beginnings. To fit that theme, I've focused on the bright colors of new school supplies.

Sketch Saturday!

These are designs, big or small, I create by inspiration from Moodboard Monday. In this case, Summer fun.

I leaned into the swings and bright colors, creating some swings with the word "swing" itself. Included is an excited, childlike invitation to join in the fun coupled with the delightful, fun-filled shouts of "weee!"
