it’s completely understandable to get to a point in business where you know you’re ready for more… but you’re not exactly sure what “more” is supposed to look like.

you have the questions people keep asking you. ✔️
you have the knowledge you’ve built from actually doing the work. ✔️

the next step is figuring out how to package that into something that can grow beyond just your time.

this is kind of the perfect visual for where i’m at right now, because the tea is… i’m not just offering “design” anymore. 🫣

the more i’ve grown, the more i realized a lot of business owners don’t just need another flyer, another logo or another random piece of content. they need help figuring out the bigger picture. what they’re actually trying to build, how they need to position it, what needs to shift, and how to create a brand that can really grow with them.

the right tools won’t run your business for you, but they can make it a whole lot easier to manage.

i’m big on giving each part of the business its own “home” so you’re not trying to remember everything, dig through old messages or piece things together every time you need something.

here are a few platforms i keep in rotation with clients:
• chatgpt — idea development, planning & getting thoughts organized
• google workspace — professional email, files, calendars & shared documents
• canva — keeping everyday brand visuals consistent
• asana — project management, deadlines & team accountability
• square — payments, invoicing, sales tracking & business financing options
• klaviyo — email + sms marketing and automated customer follow-up
• shopify — ecommerce, inventory, orders & online sales
• wix — websites, bookings & service-based customer experiences
• gohighlevel — leads, pipelines, appointments, follow-ups & crm organization

the biggest thing though? don’t download every app just because somebody told you it’s “good for business.” your systems should actually fit the way you operate, how your customers buy from you & what you’re trying to scale.

I had to be honest about the fact that The Boldfont Agency was growing past the version I originally built. The vision was bigger, my clients needed more, the kind of work I needed to do had changed, and staying in the same structure just because it was familiar didn’t make sense anymore.

And I think a lot of business owners get there too. You start realizing the offer needs to change, your systems need to be stronger, your audience is evolving, or the way you’ve been marketing just isn’t built for the level you’re trying to reach.

That doesn’t always mean something is wrong. Sometimes it just means you’ve outgrown it.

Scaling usually requires you to make decisions for the business you’re becoming, not just the business you have right now. And honestly, I’m really happy to be here. I’m excited about the growth, the new vision & what this next version of The Boldfont Agency is becoming.

Now I’m going to hold your hand when I say this, but I’ve been doing this long enough to know that sometimes the thing you think you need isn’t actually the thing that’s going to move the business forward. 👩🏽‍💻

That’s really what pushed this shift for me. I wanted to be able to step in earlier, ask better questions, help shape the direction & make sure the creative actually has something solid behind it.

So this next chapter of The Boldfont Agency is less about just being handed a task and more about being part of the conversation around what makes the most sense for the brand, the audience & the goal.
