Just ASK!
Put yourself in your audiences shoes.... 👟
Wouldn’t you like to feel like your favorite brand cares about you, wants to know more about you, and listens to your comments and requests?
Of course!
That’s why as a business owner, it’s our job to make our clients, customers, etc. feel that way!
So, what’s the best way to learn about your audience?
🌸 ask questions using your polls, question forms, and encourage the feedback you want to receive. The worst that could happen is that you don’t receive an answer. If that happens, try again the next day with something different.
👣 trace their steps, find out where the hang out, and join the group! For example, if you’re a craft studio, a group of moms who love DIY home design on Facebook would be a great place to get to know your audience.
🗒 send out a survey. Once you’ve completed the service or given your customer a product, nicely ask them to answer a few questions: where did you find my biz? Why did you choose my biz? Why do/did you need my services?
By asking, you are quickly learning, from your own clients, the best communication channel to reach them, how your brand is different from your competitors, and how and why your business provides solutions to a specific market.
