Because most Amazon sellers don’t want an agency. They want a partner who thinks like an operator.

“Agency” sounds like:

→ Monthly report
→ Standard packages
→ Junior AM who doesn’t know what “stranded” means

“Partner” means:

→ In the data with you
→ Obsessing about session drop
→ Fixing stuff before you notice

Amazon is unpredictable.

Being the CEO of an Amazon agency sounds sexy, until you're restoring a suspended account at 1AM.

Your client is pacing the living room, convinced their entire business is gone.

No sleep. No smiles. Just pressure.

This is the side of Amazon no one glamorizes.

Everyone wants the success story:
→ "$100K in 30 days!"
→ “We scaled a product to page one overnight!”

But behind every one of those numbers is:

“Hello. Ten unauthorized sellers are reselling my product on Amazon”

Got a call like that from someone before?

At that point, the caller is losing the Buy Box, losing sales, and well.
Losing their mind.

The worst part?
If one of those sellers is pricing below MAP.

Here’s what we do in those cases:

But let me tell you what didn’t happen.

→ We didn’t triple their ad spend.
→ We didn’t use “secret hacks” on the algorithm.
→ What we did do was focus on what matters:

First, we looked at the product page.
Beautiful product.

But the listing?
Flat. Boring. Felt like it was written by ChatGPT version 0.5.

So we rebuilt it. Line by line.
Then we asked questions most sellers don't:

👉 Is backend data synced with on-page?
👉 Is the product indexed for relevant terms?
👉 Is there a ton of keyword overlap?

When we were done, the result was a revenue that nearly 4X’d in less than two months.

Scaling isn’t about shouting louder with ads.
It’s about making the offer too good to ignore, and the experience too easy to walk away from.

I was offline.
My ops lead saw an account health warning and jumped into action.

→ Flagged performance trends early
→ Wrote a 3-part escalation email
→ Had the ASIN reinstated before the client even saw the email
