Your agency's case queue is your real growth ceiling.

Most sellers pick Amazon account management services on price and headcount.

Then a suppressed ASIN sits in Seller Central for two weeks while the ad spend keeps running behind it.

Ask three questions before you sign anything. Who actually files the case, a named specialist or a shared inbox. How fast do they escalate when the first reply is a copy paste denial. And who watches your catalog data while that case stays open.

The teams that resolve cases fast treat case age as a KPI. Everyone else treats it as an inbox item.

Across 400+ brands and $1.2B+ in ecommerce revenue, the pattern repeats. Faster case resolution protects margin better than any bid adjustment you make this month.

Pick the service that owns the case, not the one that forwards it.

BFCM does not reward “almost ready.” It rewards whoever is in stock.

You can have the best deal on Amazon, a killer listing, and PPC ready to fire.

But if your inventory misses the holiday rush, none of it matters.
Holiday inventory needs more than a shipment plan.

It needs margin for delays, smart forecasting, and enough stock behind your best sellers to survive the spike.

➜ Build inventory around peak demand, not normal demand
➜ Protect your highest-velocity ASINs first
➜ Give Amazon more receiving time than you think it needs

During Black Friday and Cyber Monday, being late is not inconvenient.

It is expensive.

Let AI handle the grunt work. Keep people focused on relationships, decisions, and growth.

Amazon Brand Registry can block your launch before customers ever see the product.

The trademark is filed.
The UPC is real.

And Amazon still says something does not match.

The dangerous part?

A brand issue can turn into a catalog issue, listing issue, and launch delay all at once.

➜ Pending trademark not accepted
➜ Brand name mismatch
➜ GS1 data not synced
➜ Error 5461
➜ UPC blocked
➜ Generic listing blocked too
➜ Seller Support rejection loop

That is not a product problem.

That is Amazon’s catalog system turning paperwork into a brick wall.

The sellers who get through it build the evidence file.

Check Account Health, verify permanent branding, match GS1 data exactly, attach real product photos, include the GS1 certificate, document the error, and ask Catalog Support to whitelist the UPC and brand combo.

Amazon will not always tell you which wire is crossed.

Bring enough proof for a human to stop the bot.

Amazon is being sued over its advertising practices.

The FTC and 22 states are alleging that Amazon manipulated ad auctions and overcharged advertisers.

That sounds massive.

But before sellers start expecting cheaper PPC or refund checks, there is a lot more going on under the hood.

This video breaks down why Amazon’s ad auction system is more complicated than “highest bid wins,” where relevancy fits into the equation, and what this lawsuit could realistically mean for sellers.

➜ How Amazon ad auctions actually behave
➜ Why bid price is only part of the story
➜ Where the FTC’s argument gets interesting
➜ What sellers should watch next

This could be a big PPC story.

Or a very expensive nothing burger.

If your Q4 plan starts in October, YOU'RE ALREADY LATE.

Q4 has a nasty habit of exposing every weak spot at the worst possible time.

Low inventory becomes a stockout.

Weak listings waste holiday traffic.

Messy PPC gets expensive fast.

Bad promo math eats your margin.

Slow operations turn extra orders into extra problems.

And if you are not measuring performance before the rush, you will not know what actually worked.

Before Q4 hits, audit the six areas that can make or break the season:
➜ Inventory
➜ Listings
➜ PPC
➜ Pricing
➜ Operations
➜ Measurement

Do not wait for Black Friday traffic to tell you what was broken.

Fix the weak spots before Q4 finds them.

Q4 does not reward sellers who “figure it out in November.”

The biggest selling season of the year is won before the traffic spike ever arrives.

On September 17, join Noah Wickham of My Amazon Guy for a free Q4 Prep Masterclass focused on the systems that help Amazon sellers protect revenue when competition, ad costs, and demand all increase at once.

You’ll learn how to:
➜ Prepare listings and creative for holiday traffic
➜ Build a PPC strategy that protects profitability
➜ Forecast inventory before your best sellers stock out
➜ Prioritize the ASINs that matter most
➜ Avoid the Q4 mistakes that quietly kill margin

More traffic is great.

But if your listing is weak, your ads are sloppy, or your inventory runs dry, Q4 can magnify every problem in the account.

Amazon sellers asked for better support.
We made an album instead.

Seller Support Still Sucks is our second album about the daily chaos of selling on Amazon: reopened cases, copy-paste replies, stranded inventory, listing issues, and problems somehow marked “resolved” before anything was fixed.

It is equal parts therapy, comedy, and painfully accurate seller experience.

Available now on all major music platforms.

UPC errors can break your Amazon listing fast.

Start with a valid GS1 UPC, create a new SKU if needed, and check whether another product is already using that code.
