Tonight, our CEO attended the inaugural gala hosted by the Atlanta Black Chambers alongside our client Jice Johnson of the Economic Development Association for Black Communities.

It was indeed a night of networking and celebration, honoring leaders who are doing real work in our communities. Congratulations to on being named Business of the Year.

Yesterday we had the privilege of welcoming several alumni of the Truist Foundation Fellowship to our headquarters.

In 2025, our CEO participated in the Truist Foundation Fellowship experience. One year later, what stands out most is the community we have built and are building. Many of us are collaborating across cities, sharing resources, and supporting one another’s missions in real time.

That is the power of being in rooms that sharpen your thinking and expand your network. It does not end when the program ends. It evolves into partnership, alignment, and long-term impact.

We were missing a few fellow alum in this photo, but the spirit of collaboration remains strong. From economic development to nonprofit leadership to entrepreneurial growth, this cohort continues to move the needle in meaningful ways.

Congratulations to our CEO and Founder, Sean James on his appointment as the Chairman of the Economic Development Committee for the ATL NAACP Branch and Chief of Staff to President David J. Means.

In this dual leadership role, Sean will guide the branch’s economic strategy, strengthen partnerships across the public and private sectors, and support the President’s executive priorities. His appointment signals a renewed focus on advancing equitable economic growth, expanding access to opportunity, and aligning business leadership with civic impact across the Atlanta region.

Sean brings a track record of operational leadership, strategic development, and community-centered economic work through VSNWKS and his broader engagement in economic ecosystems nationwide.

Happy Founder’s Day to our CEO and Founder, Sean James

VSNWKS was founded by Sean James out of a real need: too many founders were carrying vision without support, responsibility without structure, and leadership without systems. This firm exists because that weight is real—and it deserves to be managed well.

Sean built VSNWKS by showing up consistently, learning in public, and choosing excellence over shortcuts. The work has never been flashy. It’s been disciplined. It’s been faith-driven. And it’s been about helping leaders run healthier organizations—internally and externally.

Founder’s Day is about honoring that commitment. The late nights. The course corrections. The quiet decisions no one applauds—but everything depends on.

We’re grateful for the clients, partners, and community who’ve grown alongside us. This work continues because it matters.
