Don’t let your customers, or prospects, forget that they love you! Their conversation with your brand shouldn’t end when they leave the store or the website. Staying accountable with your communication, asking questions, and prioritizing an interactive experience gives you the best opportunity to connect with your client, check-in, and better align your goals with theirs. You might learn that they would rather have an autobox service shipping them your products monthly rather than coming into the store and buying from you weekly, for example. Asking your customers directly is the clearest way to see where their needs are, in order for you to meet them.

Even if it’s not the news you want to share, the more you share about changing hours, product availability, or changing of services, the more connected your clients will feel with you, which is ultimately the human part (the most important) of your business. It’s integral to acknowledge that your business shares this experience with them.
