🚨POLICY UPDATE🚨
Any creator or support staff involved with each project reserves the right to be compensated for services rendered (regardless of the outcome of the project, especially upon order cancellation due to no fault of our company). ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A NO-REFUND POLICY! Much of our work is non-tangible (such as research, consultation, concept development, etc.) and can not be “returned” to us. In the event that an order is cancelled, these services are billable separately. This policy is non-negotiable.
As of Oct. 2021, those who have received more than two drafts or revisions to a design (the number included in the standard brand identity or logo order) will NO LONGER take priority over new orders, and will likely experience a wait for the remaining revisions (unless purchased separately as an upgrade).
Revisions to a design include simple changes, such as adjusting color, correcting grammar or spelling, adjusting font size, etc. Major changes (such as changing layouts, adding images, changing business name or brand direction, or changing logo styles in general) are NOT considered a revision and may incur a fee as a separate order altogether.
We strongly urge that anyone who is unclear about their vision be transparent about this ahead of time. Those who are not clear on brand direction are encouraged to also book a brand strategy call, either before or at the time of purchase. This allows your designer to give proper direction and recommend a service best for you! Excessive revisions may incur additional fees ($30 per draft), this fee may be waived only at the discretion of your designer or a qualified supervisor.
The ONLY exception to this policy is those who have retained our services for monthly marketing or branding.
This is in order to avoid the congestion in our production queue, missed deadlines, and customer escalations due to an extended wait time. Please note, we are committed to creating quality for each and every one of you!
