What a view! Pimsler Hoss Architects is proud to announce the ribbon cutting ceremony for Prior Farms. This project is the 2nd phase of an affordable housing development in Madison GA. We are honored to continue to work with in an effort to provide much needed quality rental housing to this area. The project consists of 40 detached homes, a community building, and ammenities. In partnership with , has teamed up with Pimsler Hoss Architects to design the Connell Commons development in Southwest Atlanta. This project will consist of 144 units of affordable housing and will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments. After multiple design iterations for this site, Pimsler Hoss Architect's proposed mixed use development at 1061 Memorial Drive is finally underway! This project consists of a live-work / flexible office space at the front of the property along with a climate controlled self storage space in the rear. The project is located in close proximity to the Beltlines East Side Trail and includes pedestrian access directly from the street.

Pimsler Hoss Architects is proud to be a part of the Grand Opening of Carmichael Commons and and the Ceremonial Groundbreaking of Prior Farms in Madison, Georgia. Carmichael Commons consists of 60 units with 54 units being reserved for affordable housing. The development offers a variety of one, two and three bedroom townhomes with amenities such as a community garden, dog park, community center and playground. Prior Farms is located across from Carmichael Commons and is a 40 unit detached single family home development. Thank you and the city of Madison for this opportunity.

Pimsler Hoss is glad to have worked with The District Apartments on the redesign of a hotel guest service building into a leasing center and mail kiosk. The renovation consisted of upgrading the leasing office to be larger and open, and adding more amenity spaces, such as a gym, office spaces, and a yoga studio. We were also tasked with creating marketing images; in this view, we see the outdoor amenity area with the leasing center and apartment units in the background.

In 2020, we worked with .remedies to build a new office building next to their water treatment facility in South Atlanta. Today, we are glad to be working with them again on an extension to this building where admin offices and a conference room will be located. We are excited for the growth of this project!

The prototypical design of each store varies based on their wide range display of footwear, apparel, and accessories; this store has many different amenities to support their weekly running groups. Throwback to one of our adaptive reuse projects, Mc. Kiser Lofts, located in South Downtown, Atlanta. Originally a shoe manufacturing company, the building was converted into one bedroom and two bedroom lofts while keeping the original facade. The interiors have dark finishes for contrast and charming spiral staircases. In 2019, the building was put on the National Register of Historic Places. We are currently working with the owner on options for future development opportunities for the site.

Looking back at one of the many Big Peach stores we have serviced, Big Peach Decatur has it all. It has a track to test out shoes and a full bathroom and water cooler to support their weekly running groups. The prototypical design of each store varies based on their wide range display of footwear, apparel, and accessories. We have a new Big Peach store coming to Sandtown soon!
