The AI visibility race is creating a new leadership imperative.

As AI platforms increasingly shape how stakeholders discover companies, expertise and solutions, executive visibility is no longer just a reputation play—it's becoming a business asset.

In this latest Forbes Agency Council article, T/K co-CEO Dean Trevelino explores why executive leadership increasingly plays an algorithmic role in shaping organizational visibility and influence in the AI era.

The question for leaders isn't whether AI will influence visibility. It's whether their expertise, perspective and market relevance are being captured in the data ecosystem AI relies upon.

The answers AI produces are built on data, which is the public record an executive and their company have created over the past decade.

Over the past two weeks, we've had the pleasure of welcoming Owen to our office through the Buckhead Coalition and Atlanta Public Schools Professional Internship Program. The initiative was created in support of Mayor Dickens' ATL Year of the Youth and is dedicated to providing Atlanta students with the tools, resources, and real-world experiences they need to thrive.

From shadowing our agency experts across each department, learning about agency life and participating in media trainings, Owen brought curiosity to our team every day. It's been a joy having him with us, and we're grateful for the opportunity to help foster the next generation of professionals.

Thank you, Owen, for spending the beginning of your summer with us. We can't wait to see all that you accomplish! 👏

Landing a role at a PR marketing agency is evolving. As recent college graduates begin to enter the workforce, it's essential to understand how agencies operate behind the scenes.

T/K co-founder Dean Trevelino shared with Forbes Agency Council the importance of embracing the levers and culture of PR and marketing.

"The first area speaks to expectation, the other to culture. First, we look for the versatility of marketing and PR: embracing the changing world of SEO, AEO and GEO and the levers that PR practitioners and marketers need to pull. Second, we look for those embracing the culture. We are here to make a difference in the work we do on behalf of the clients we sign up to service. It’s a culture that expects you to know just enough but be ready to accelerate."

As new graduates emerge into the workforce, AI is reshaping workflows, client expectations are rising and performance metrics are more central to decision-making.
