Harmo has developed the creative direction of a campaign study, our proposal consisted of: a digital campaign, production of a 30-second film ad, campaign strategy and copywriting.

The goal of the campaign proposal is to establish the brand on consumers' minds and strengthen the product's positioning in its niche. It focuses on framing breakfast as something natural, not based on stereotypes, but something real and represented through an artistic lens at the same time.

We produced photoshoot materials in a partnership with and . One of the photos was awarded a prize on the International Food Photography Awards (). Production focused on diversity and the feeling of a "real breakfast".

Digital campaign focused on the verbal concept from the slogan "who are you on the breakfast table?". It creates a connection with the costumers through the phrases of different morning moods people have, creating bonds between the product, costumers personalities and intimacy with the public.

The research we conducted before the screenwriting process was a fundamental aspect of this project. It helped everyone in production to be on the same page in regards to the communication strategy. It encompassed brand analysis, including its needs, goals and secondary data from the market analysis and projection of its future. Well-defined goals and clear data from our analysis were key factors that sustained our video production project.

Priscila Ricci is a crafted chocolate brand that reached us for a rebranding project. The most important thing in their case was to understand what they did not like about their existing brand, what aspects could be kept and what had to be redesigned.

Understanding our clients is always the most important aspect of our consulting process, as it is the starting point of assessing what has to be done. At Harmo we value listening and trying to understand how our clients feel about their brands. After acquiring a clear view of how they feel and think about their brand we can then start to work on developing the brand.

The rebranding process of the Priscila Ricci brand had its key design choices made during meetings with the clients. Many different small decisions regarding the project are made during meetings: color choices, logo typography, composition and brand rules and application factors.

At Harmo we value the client feedback on our current projects, we believe that the client's participation is valuable to achieving a better result. The finalized brand and logo will successfully match the expectation of our client, but it will also be sustained by our market and research driven development process.

We have developed many graphic materials for Priscila Ricci, including menus, packaging, a portfolio, stickers, a business card and templates for social media posts and budget for consumers and clients.

These templates are very useful for a client that does not opt for a monthly consulting service, since it presents them with an easy to use application of their new brand. It helps to facilitate their future social media and budget management, but it also helps to maintain a consistent and coherent visual brand style.

Future Studies is a field of knowledge that critically looks at possible ways to improve society and change the present through academic social sciences and humanities driven methodologies. This academic inspired way of thinking is in syntony with the way Harmo does research and creates possible scenarios for our clients and our own future.

Speculative Futures Atlanta is a group for people interested in using design to speculate about different potential futures and strategies we employ to get there. As they are a group deeply tied to the concept of Future Studies, Harmo has become a supporter of this group and the founder is a co-organizer of the Atlanta chapter of Speculative Futures.

Vollkorn is a Brazilian company that operates in selling domestic flour mills imported from German brands. We have helped them with the development of a new brand that wants to communicate the quality and characteristics of an imported product to the Brazilian market.

We have assisted them with the construction of an aesthetic for their brand, as well as the core concepts and narrative that would help to present the idea of a product targeted towards people that are into the craft of milling and using quality flour. We want to show that it makes sense to carry this craft inside people's houses.

Branding is the chosen tool to bring the consumer closer to a complex product such as domestic flour mills. They have an industrial characteristic to them, but we use this as an added-value factor into client's experience when using the product.

Showing that it is easy to use is as important as the high quality final product it helps to achieve. Being a modern home utensil is key, it presents the product as a common-place tool that was imported from a trustable source that is specialized in obtaining amazing flour quality.

This project has hybrid qualities to it in the sense that it offers a B2C connection, but the brand also wants to communicate how serious and complex the milling process is and the technology behind mills.

It deals with aspects that are more common towards industrial B2B connections. However, the brand seeks to deliver it as a digestible and approachable message to their final clients. At the end of the day it is a domestic product, modern, easy to use that still has all the qualities of a high quality mill.

Verbal Branding is the structured choice of words and how to create an articulate tone for your brand and creative marketing. Visual Branding reflects the image that clients want to relate with, Verbal Branding speaks to the clients in a common language.

The tone of voice and choice of words can make or break the relationship between a company and their clients.

The importance of building a cohesive Verbal Branding is why we go through a process to develop a tone of voice that express the brand's personality. It creates a narrative that communicates brand identity.

Hyco is a business that produces thermoplastic compounds products. Their very particular products can find their way into a very broad market, which demanded for our consulting with them to start with a thorough research of the niche.

Our initial challenge was to have a better understing their product and market, so we started with an analysis of their positioning. This resulted in the development of the strategy and ex*****on to achieve the goals of the proposed positioning.

Market research and competition analysis were both key aspects that we worked early on in our project for Hyco. Understanding the market was necessary in order to properly assess how our client should go about their future, how to act and strategize in their market and achieve their goals and better metrics.

We have developed sponsored campaigns for Hyco's LinkedIn and Google media profiles. These were developed to improve reach, pe*******on and we followed up the metrics to analyze their success and effectiveness.

We have developed a digital marketing consulting for Hyco, which included market research, meetings with the client to achieve a better understanding of the product, and ex*****on of a defined communication strategy.

To have a better understanding of their weak points we did a research with market professionals, such as engineers or universities specialized in their area of expertise. This research helped us to understand what was lacking and how to fix their website by accurately changing the information they display online.

Visual Authenticity is the final result of a brand that has a clear, distinct or unique visual style and positioning. It doesn't necessarily mean that it is exclusive or that is has originality in all its components, however it means that the sum of the elements make sense. It cohesively delivers the business' ideas, values and personality.

In order to apply an authentic design you have to be in syntony with the behavior tendencies of a niche. These will present you visual and communication elements that are easily recognizable by the public.

When you do a deep dive in a research process you often get better results in a creative endeavor. Your chances to create something that goes beyond the obvious factors of a subject increases with your knowledge of it. Being curious, looking for different references and going out of your comfort zone are practices that will build your creative professional skillset.

We should not look down on common patterns or visual stereotypes necessarily. They can be very useful for easy recognition, it is easier to be consumed. We can add our own touch to them, create a spin that relates to our brand but also making use of its easy to understand form. Being disruptive can make it difficult to understand and sometimes might even keep people out of your brand. It is good to consider these factors and analyze what is best for your approach.

Ana Souza is a crafted chocolate brand that approached Harmo to help them structure their Easter campaign for their products packaging designs, production and consulting.

They had a well-defined color scheme for their packaging, we didn't want to create noise in an already structured visual strategy. As such, we wanted to focus on the different aspects of packaging and how we could organize the information, the visual design, the functionality and production aspects.

Our approach towards designing the label aspect of the packaging was to adapt the already existing ones and creating unity for the different products in their campaign. Ana Souza wanted to avoid a huge disconnect between their different products for their Easter campaign.

Packaging design has to consider three distinct but very important aspects: its aesthetic, the information it contains and its functionality. The packaging has to convey the expected strategized feelings into the consumer through its aesthetic, it is a very important thing that will drive the consumer to choose your product over the competitors.

However, it is also means it has implications over the cost of the product, it will impact its chain of production and it also needs to be functional in holding the product together and protecting it. Therefore, we have to consider the materials ability to conserve the chocolate, maintain its consistency and protect the product at the same time it conveys the aesthetic of the campaign.

At Harmo we organize our Brand Positioning process in 3 different phases. We believe is best to give importance to our research process and believe it to be the key to a well-structured analysis and provide a good service to our clients.

The first phase is Research and Data collection, this includes our understanding of the client's market and niche. We will study the context and the competition, observing the trends and creating a briefing to build up the project.

Following to the second phase we get into Analysis and Decoding, in which we make sense of the information we previously collected. We will look at the data through the lens of your business' values, pointing out its strong points, the key factors that can develop a strong positioning. This is where we develop a plan of action to tackle the creation of the positioning.

Our third and final phase is Brand Positioning Proposal, in which we will present to our client a well-defined brand positioning and the fundamental pillars of the brand. We include the factors that make the brand stand out between its competitors and should lead the project. This service also includes an orientation for the creative process of this brand, which is a good guide that presents its values.

Gregário Café is a bike café that also offers cookies and presents itself as a cookie factory. We have worked with them from mid-2018 to now and have offered many marketing consulting services.

Harmo has worked with them on marketing strategy and planning, digital marketing management, graphic materials design, personalized materials and branding, which included a rebranding and a mascot development.

The marketing consultancy we have offered to Gregário Café is a personalized project that has a continuous monitoring of the brand with monthly meetings to evaluate the business' needs. In the particular case of Gregário Café it was also included the digital marketing management.

As Gregário Café had acquired a new space within the city, it demanded a research of their target public and consumers accessibility to their new location. As a bike café they have faced challenges regarding accessibility and had to also offer something to their new non-biker public. Harmo ended up developing a brand expansion towards this new public, and ended up expanding their business to making and selling cookies.

During Gregário Café's changes and expansion process we had to face the challenge on how to unite the old public, interested in the aspect of cycling, and the new one, that weren't bikers. We ended up expanding the business by offering a new product: freshly baked cookies.

As a way to tie the new product to the brand we have also developed a mascot: Gregarito, the cookie hunter cat. The mascot is always chasing cookies by riding his bike, and has been a central part of the brand's visual identity. The engagement with the new and old customers was a major success, observed in the physical space of the store and also the sales metrics.

Gregarito, the mascot, also offers the possibility to be the main character in different narratives. He is filled with potential for creative processes, as he can be adapted and painted in different lights for campaigns. He will also represent the main aspects of the brand, but can be adapted to a special campaign, mixing new aspects of identity without diverging from the brand's essence.
