We are adding motivated, Sales Representatives to our team that are ready to win! We offer a proven paid training program that gives our reps the tools needed to earn $55K to $65K in their first year of service. Our Uncapped commissions start with the ability to earn milestone bonuses of $2500 in your first 20 weeks in addition to our base rate of $38,000 annually. Our Sales Representatives work to set up contractors with the ability to take advantage of our “Networx” of leads that will ultimately help to grow their business. Our sales representatives work from home on Thursdays and Fridays but will complete the first two weeks of training completely from home. Representatives must provide a headset with microphone, high speed internet with minimal speeds of 25 Mbps, web camera, and a desktop or laptop computer purchased in the last 3 years. What YOU will be Responsible for:
Cold call contractors to secure new business
Follow up and respond to inquiries about Networx service and platform
Learn and apply the Networx sales process
Adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures
Utilize time management skills while working semi remotely to complete 200 dials on average in an 8-hour shift
Meeting and exceeding all required sales goals

Required Abilities and Experience

Physical ability to sit for extended periods of time, use motor skills to operate a computer and peripheral devices such as a mouse and keyboard, and monitor
Preferred Abilities and Experience
• Face to face customer service experience
• Door to door sales experience
• Home improvement sales
• Outbound sales experience
Standard Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Covid-19 Policy:
We are constantly monitoring CDC recommendations to keep our staff safe during the Covid 19 pandemic. We are currently operating at 25% capacity in the office with the understanding that based on performance and necessity in office work might be required.
