We made it.
Just wrapped up the CHLI Leadership Program — and wow, what a ride.
I didn’t join this program just to add another line to my résumé. I joined because I believe our comunidad deserves bold leadership, leadership that listens, that builds, that opens doors con corazón.
CHLI didn’t just give us tools, it gave us perspective. A space to pause, to grow, to challenge ourselves, and to remember that leadership is not about titles… it’s about impact.
Over the last few months, I’ve learned alongside some of the most inspiring Latinos in the country, people with stories that remind me why representation matters and why our voices can’t wait.
I’m leaving this program feeling more grounded, more fired up, and more committed than ever to doing the work, not just for me, but for those who are coming after us.
To CHLI, , , and every leader who poured into us, thank you for the opportunity, the knowledge, the comunidad, and the challenge.
Y sí — it was a challenge. A beautiful one.
