Don’t you just ever get tired of trying to figure things out on your own?

There comes a point when faith has to change your posture.

Not because you suddenly know exactly how everything will work out.

But because you know Who is leading you.
This has become so important to me.

Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God already sees the future we’re trying so hard to figure out.

And maybe somebody needs this reminder today:

You don’t have to have the entire plan before you take the next step.

Pray.
Seek His wisdom.
Listen.
And then move with conviction.

Some of the challenges in front of you may actually be the very places God is developing the woman you’ll need to become for where He’s taking you.

I’ve spent enough time wondering, “What if I make the wrong move?”

I’m learning to ask a different question:

“God, what are You asking me to do with what You’ve already placed in my hands?”

Because trusting God’s plan doesn’t mean sitting still waiting for every answer.

Sometimes it looks like standing taller, making the decision, and walking forward knowing He’ll meet you there.

Your next chapter doesn’t need a more hesitant version of you.

It needs the woman who knows where her confidence comes from. 🤍

YOU’VE SPENT YEARS BUILDING A SUCCESSFUL CAREER.

THAT DOESN’T MEAN IT HAS TO BE YOUR ONLY PLAN.

I understand why successful women hesitate when they start looking at another way to build income.

You’re not necessarily trying to escape a terrible job.

You may have a good career.
A good salary.
Benefits.
A life you’ve worked hard to build.

So the question isn’t:

“How do I get out?”

It’s:

“Is what I’m doing today going to give me the choices I want tomorrow?”

That was the question I had to ask myself.

Because after spending most of my life working for someone else, I realized something:

I didn’t want my paycheck to be my only plan for my future.

And when I started looking at building an additional income stream, I wasn’t interested in hype.

I wanted answers.

How does this actually work?
What’s the investment?
How do we get paid?
What would I actually be doing?
How much time would it require?
What kind of support would I have?

I didn’t need someone to convince me.

I needed enough information to make an educated decision.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I had been so busy evaluating the risk of trying something new…

that I hadn’t really evaluated the risk of changing nothing.

Another 5 years.

Another 10 years.

Still depending on one paycheck.

Still asking permission for my time.

Still hoping retirement would eventually give me the freedom I could have started building years earlier.

There are no guarantees in business.

And I will never tell another woman there are.

But I can show you the model.
The investment.
How we’re paid.
What the work actually looks like.
And the support you’ll have while you’re learning.

Then you make the decision.

No chasing.
No convincing.
No pressure.

Just information.

Because the woman I’m looking to work with doesn’t need to be talked into changing her life.

We’ll spend hundreds of dollars on supplements, powders, vitamins and wellness products…

But how often do we stop and think about the water we drink every single day? 💧

There’s a reason I became fascinated with molecular hydrogen.

Hydrogen-rich water isn’t simply about filtering water.

I read something in my devotion this morning that stopped me:

“Say yes to things you would have previously said no to.”

Whew. Because sometimes we call it waiting on God when, if we’re truthful, God may be waiting on us to move.

We pray for change.
We pray for direction.
We pray for more.

But then the opportunity comes and it doesn’t look familiar.

It requires us to stretch.
To learn something new.
To get uncomfortable.
To trust Him without knowing exactly how it will turn out.

And that can be scary.

Especially when you’ve spent decades doing what was responsible. Working the job. Taking care of everyone. Staying with what was safe and predictable.

But what if this season of your life isn’t about settling into what you’ve always known?

What if God still has things He wants to show you?

Proverbs 25:2 reminds us that there are things of God waiting to be searched out.

You don’t have to understand the entire plan before you take the next step.

And you are NOT too old.
You are NOT too late.
You have NOT missed your moment.

Some things weren’t meant for the woman you were 10 or 20 years ago.

They required the woman you’ve become.

So keep seeking God.
Keep asking.
Keep exploring.
And when He nudges you outside that comfortable little box you’ve built…

maybe this time, instead of automatically saying “I can’t”…

say,

“God, if You’re leading me there, I’ll go.” 🤍

Your next chapter may be waiting on the other side of a YES.

Maybe this is for the woman or man who looks strong on the outside but is tired of being strong.

You’ve carried things nobody knows about.

Disappointment.
Loss.
Betrayal.
Financial pressure.
Doors that closed.
Prayers that still haven’t been answered.
Seasons that lasted much longer than you thought they would.

And somehow, you kept going.

Psalm 129 paints such a powerful picture of suffering, but then come the words I don’t want you to miss:

“But the Lord is righteous; He has cut me free…” — Psalm 129:4

BUT GOD. 🙌🏼

What came against you may have wounded you.

It may have changed you.
It may have left scars.

But it does not get to own the rest of your story.

Your hardest season does not get to decide how your life ends.

That person doesn’t.
That disappointment doesn’t.
That failure doesn’t.
That financial struggle doesn’t.
That thing you thought would break you doesn’t.

God does.

And maybe you can’t see what He is doing yet.

Maybe you’re still standing in the middle of something you desperately wish He would change.

But please hear me today:

God has not forgotten you.
He has heard every prayer.
He has seen every tear.
And He has been with you in every single moment you thought you were walking through alone.

So don’t give up here.

Don’t let a painful chapter convince you that the story is over.

You are still here.
God is still faithful.
And He is still writing.

The scars may tell where you’ve been…

but they do not get to tell you where you’re going. 🤍

Forward this to a woman or man who you feel today needs to hear this.

Work all week.
Wait for Friday.
Save the vacation days.
Ask for the time off.

And tell yourself that someday, when you finally retire, you’ll have time to really live.

But what if you don’t want to wait until someday?

I started asking myself a different question:

Why am I building a life I need to retire from before I can fully enjoy it?

I still believe in hard work.

I just don’t believe the reward for decades of hard work should be finally getting control of your own time.

I want the slow mornings.
The trips with my husband.
The time with my family.

The freedom to say YES without first checking how many PTO days I have left.

And I want those things while I’m healthy enough to enjoy them.

Maybe the goal isn’t retirement.

Maybe the goal is options before retirement.

For most of my life, I believed what a lot of responsible women believe:

Work hard.
Be loyal.
Save what you can.
And one day, you’ll be okay.

There’s nothing wrong with having a career.

But there is risk in allowing one paycheck to carry your entire financial future.

Companies restructure.
Positions disappear.
Life changes.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t necessarily need to leave my job.

I needed to stop needing it to be my only option.

That changed the way I looked at creating another stream of income.

Not from desperation.

From wisdom.

If your paycheck stopped tomorrow, how long would you feel financially secure?
