Meet Victoria, our Junior Project Manager and reigning champ of her F1 fantasy league—two years running. 🏁
Born in Scottsdale, Arizona and raised in Los Angeles, Victoria Khau was drawn to design from an early age. Her creative journey began with a desire to make custom avatars for her Neopets account, which led her to teach herself Photoshop at just nine years old. That curiosity evolved into real-world application—by high school, she was designing prom tickets and school planners as the campus graphic designer.
She went on to study Design at UC Davis, where she earned her BA in 2019. While there, she took on leadership roles in her professional fraternity, including Director of IT and VP of Marketing, redesigning the chapter’s website and leading a recruitment cycle. These experiences sharpened her skills in both design and project coordination.
After graduation, Victoria moved to South Korea to teach English during the pandemic, where she discovered a passion for instructional design. Returning stateside, she worked at Disneyland as a new hire trainer, where she found she enjoyed teaching adult learners. This path inspired her to pursue a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology, expected in 2026.
Now at Lyda as a Junior Project Manager, Victoria brings together her design background and organizational strengths. She’s passionate about managing creative projects that blend strategy, aesthetics, and communication.
Outside of work, she’s a proud cat mom to Cloud and Michi and was raised in a close-knit household of strong women. A dedicated K-pop fan and longtime BTS ARMY member, Victoria also follows Formula 1 and celebrates back-to-back wins in her fantasy league. She recharges with pilates, gym sessions, and quality time with her furry companions.
