Jones Worley has provided design services and marketing strategies for high-profile global companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, ING Foundation, The Southern Education Foundation, and Turner Broadcasting, to name a few. From its earliest projects – environmental graphic designs for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the Centennial Olympic Games – Jones Worley has steadily built an impressive client list. The firm was the communications consultant and design partner for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority’s (MARTA) 2004 launch of the “Breeze” card, the first 100% smart-card conversion in the United States. Since then, Jones Worley has emerged as a national leader in smart-card marketing, providing consulting services to transit systems throughout the country, including San Francisco, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, and Fort Lauderdale. We have a unique understanding of the inter-connected roles that graphic identity, branding, and marketing have in all phases of strategic consumer communications. It is through our experiences that we offer a combination of Fortune 500-caliber strategic marketing and branding expertise with a specialty for reaching diverse audiences. In addition to its senior team, Jones Worley maintains an experienced administrative and support staff whose average employment with the company is five+ years. The firm operates from Class-A office space housed in a historic, circa-1920s building in Midtown Atlanta. Jones Worley’s work includes a long history of partnering with individuals and organizations to develop impactful diversity initiatives, educational materials, and strategic communications. Among our most distinguished achievements is the branding and design of the Southern Education Foundation’s Beyond Racism campaign, a comparative study examining racism in the United States, Brazil, and South Africa. The initiative culminated in a landmark conference featuring global leaders, including an appearance by Nelson Mandela.

Throughout our history, we have been privileged to support and collaborate with some of the nation’s most influential Black leaders, including Rep. John Lewis, Xernona Clayton, Maynard Jackson, Julian Bond, Ambassador Andrew Young, Herman J. Russell, and many others. Their legacies continue to inspire the work we do and reinforce our commitment to advancing equity.

Project: South Florida Regional Transportation Authority Tri-Rail EASY Card Implementation

Tri-Rail engaged Jones Worley to refine the overall brand direction of its smart card that included developing a style guide and creating a look for Tri-Rail’s EASY Card equipment. The firm also developed strategy and collateral for transitioning customers, conducted a wayfinding audit with EASY Card signage recommendations and guided the Authority’s transfer agreement policies with Miami-Dade Transit, Palm Tran and Broward County Transit.

Celebrating 35 Years! Jones Worley’s Impact on the USA

Project: Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART)

The HART MVP Express pilot program, launched in response to local consumer demand, took fans closer to the football action with round-trip, express shuttle service to Tampa Bay Buccaneers games at Raymond James Stadium. Jones Worley worked with the HART leadership team to develop an overall visual direction, communication strategy and marketing plan to promote the new service. We produced a logo, rack card, poster and flyers encouraging program sponsorship.

Additionally, Jones Worley was asked to develop an overall brand direction, communication strategy and marketing plan. In less than 12 months, we developed numerous strategies; branded initiatives; provided copywriting, design and production of annual reports, banners, Mission Max and Hurricane Irma case studies, executive presentations; and provided onsite public relations and overall communications support.
