Scout Stories Stop guessing how your story will land. Story strategy, film, and high-stakes speaking, in Atlanta.

Nobody inside your building will tell you the truth about how you came across.

Your team works for you. They aren't going to tell you the answer wandered, or that the room went quiet 4 minutes in and never came back.

So we made a way to hear it straight, before it costs you the room that matters.

It starts with a free read. 16 questions, about 5 minutes, and you'll see where you're most likely losing people when the pressure's on.

Most people come to us wanting a video.
What they usually need first is figuring out what they're actually trying to say. That part is harder, and it's the part that decides whether the video works at all.
Here's how we find it.
We start with one person. The single human whose story makes the whole thing real, because a face does what a statistic can't.
Then we ask what the audience is actually confused about. If people don't understand it, they won't act on it, so the story has to answer that confusion head on.
Then we cut. You can only make someone care about one thing at a time, so we pick that one thing and let the rest go.
And before anyone builds anything, we say it out loud. If it doesn't land in a sentence, it won't land in a 3-minute film.
Clear on this? The video produces itself. Not clear? No edit fixes it.
What's the one story your organization keeps almost telling, but never quite does?
