I’m truly honored and grateful to have been recognized during the City of Doraville’s Black History Month Celebration held at Doraville City Hall.
I want to sincerely thank Mayor Joseph Geierman and the Doraville City Council for taking the time to recognize leadership, service, and community impact. Moments like this remind us that the work we do every day truly matters.
Doraville is a city that deserves to be celebrated. It represents everything that makes the Atlanta region special — diversity, culture, resilience, and opportunity. It’s one of the most internationally diverse communities in Georgia, and it’s also home to what I believe is the greatest variety of unique restaurants anywhere in the state.
If you live in Atlanta or are visiting the metro area, I encourage you to take a day and explore Doraville. Support the local businesses, try the restaurants, and experience the culture. You’ll quickly understand why Doraville is such a special place.
Thank you again to the Mayor and City Council for your leadership and for continuing to uplift those who are committed to strengthening our community.
