Future City Now

Future City Now FCN helps mission-driven organizations increase revenue, unlock potential, and multiply impact.

We do this by creating donor strategies, campaigns, and events that transform fundraising into immersive experiences — captivating hearts, inspiring generosity, and driving ongoing engagement. We believe fundraising isn’t just a transaction to be completed; it’s a transformation to be experienced—one that immerses donors in a journey toward a greater purpose.

Not every event has the same goal. So we don’t design them the same way. Some are built to inspire. Others to align, connect, celebrate, cultivate, or mobilize. The key is knowing what success looks like before you start planning.

What does your mission need most right now?

We often think of innovation as invention—new ideas, new technologies, and breakthrough solutions.

But some of the most meaningful innovation is much quieter than that.

At its best, innovation creates margin. And margin creates room for the future.

The right systems, tools, and processes don’t just help us work faster, they give us time back. And when people gain time, they gain the space to think, create, dream, and build what matters most.

What’s one innovation, whether in your work or daily life, that has created more margin and helped you focus on the future?

We think of innovation as invention. Underneath, though, it’s quietly giving us time back. When people gain time, they gain room to create. Learn more at futurecitynow.com

The organizations that move the most people aren’t always the ones with the biggest budgets. They’re the ones who refuse to settle for events that simply check a box. Every touchpoint, from the invitation to the environment, the stories shared, and the conversations sparked, is intentionally designed to help people feel connected to something bigger than themselves. Because the most impactful events don’t just inform people. They immerse them in the mission.

When you think about the most memorable event you’ve attended, what made it stand out?

A few weeks ago, our Founder, , had the opportunity to record a live episode of Don’t Let the Dream Die at Scholar & Scribe in Trilith with .

It was a beautiful day and an even better conversation—exploring what it means to dream again, trust God through every season, and the story behind Courtney’s new book, And She Got Up.

At Future City Now, we’re grateful for opportunities to come alongside leaders, dreamers, and changemakers as they pursue the visions God has placed on their hearts. Conversations like this remind us that God is never finished writing the story.
If you’ve ever wondered whether a dream has been delayed, forgotten, or lost, this episode is for you.

People are more likely to give to a vision than a need. When people understand the problem you’re solving and believe in where you’re headed, they want to be part of it. Communicate the vision clearly, and you’ll find people eager to get behind the mission.

At FCN we want to help you raise more than just money, we want to help you raise momentum. However, momentum doesn’t happen by accident. Clarity makes the vision simple enough to rally around. Intentionality aligns every detail around the outcome. Urgency turns “someday” into “now.” When all three work together, momentum begins to compound.

The goal isn’t just to fill a room or follow a run of show. It’s to create moments that move people and leave lasting impact. We’ve seen what can happen when clarity, intentionality, and urgency align. A room full of 18–25 year olds once raised $1.2 million for Scripture translation because they weren’t just attending an event, they were invited into a mission bigger than themselves.

Every room has a different energy. Who you invite helps shape the conversations, the connections, and the outcome of the night.

A few years ago in Atlanta, a bridge collapsed, and what should’ve taken years to rebuild was finished in about 50 days. The reason is because there was clarity on the goal, alignment across everyone involved, and real urgency to get it done. When those come together, things move faster than you think.
