Hey, Iโm David, my Dad was a local business owner, specifically a local service provider of Appliance Repair.
We always seemed to have โjust enoughโ business, surviving mainly on word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business. From time to time heโd boost his sales by running Ads in the local paper. Weโd get busy for a time and while this generated some much revenue, after Ad cost, the profits were slim. We couldnโt grow or expand because the extra jobs dried up soon after each ad ran.
What businessmen and women want to do is make offers. You want steady growth without having to master marketing techniques or build your brand recognition. We get tired of deciding between serving todayโs customers and finding tomorrowโs customers.
Trying harder and doing more of the same thing does not produce enough revenue and profits to sustain and/or grow your business. You are stuck in the sand trap, where doing more of the same only makes your problem worse.
Get out of the sand-trap of growth insanity, you need to Shift your approach.
