Busy working on my kitchen today, I asked my wife to pick up something for us to eat at Roy's BBQ Station
We enjoyed some pulled pork and roast beef which was delicious.

I visited The Fix food truck in Aurora, MO this morning. I talked with Jennifer about her passion for healthy food and how she was inspired to start a food truck business serving açaí bowls and salads. Her background in sports coaching, and some tasty creations she had prepared for her family, led up to the decision to go into business and share her cuisine with a wider range of people.
I ordered a Powerhouse salad for my wife, and took home a delicious açaí bowl topped with strawberries and blueberries.

Working on a community jigsaw puzzle, at the local library.
Someone started it, somebody else may finish it. Several people might find a few pieces to contribute along the way. Different people will spot a piece that fits, because we all bring a different perspective.
Community work is a bit like a jigsaw puzzle, and it sure takes a team effort.

Downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas. A lot of history, the gangster museum was interesting. Also enjoyed pizza at what used to be a radio station.
On the one hand, a bustling tourist town and on the other hand so many empty buildings.
