Helping Growth-Minded MSP Owners Triple Their Recurring Revenue Without Chasing Clients by turning their existing client base into a profit engine that runs on repeat. I help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT business owners triple their recurring revenue without chasing new clients - by turning their existing client base into a profit engine that runs on repeat. I’m the author of 🗝 Revenue

✅ Identify hidden revenue inside existing accounts
✅ Command premium pricing by leading strategic conversations

The "Commodity Trap" is a choice. Here is how you opt out. 🛑📉

Most MSP owners are fighting a war they’ve already lost. They’re competing on "The New."

New security stacks. New cloud migrations. New AI integrations.

Here’s the problem: The "New" is a commodity. If your competitor can buy the same stack, click the same buttons, and offer the same price, you aren't a Strategic Partner.

You’re a vendor.

And vendors get replaced the moment a cheaper option walks through the door.

I learned this through a "crash course" I didn't even know I was taking. 🃏

Back when I was playing poker, I thought I was just making money to cover expenses. I didn't realize I was actually running a business. I was learning the laws of risk, reward, and strategy.

But it wasn't until I integrated Kingdom Principles that the game truly changed.

I discovered what I call "The Scribe’s Secret."

In the Word, it says a scribe trained in the Kingdom is like a householder who brings out treasures both OLD and NEW. 💎📜

Most of the IT world is obsessed with the "New." But the "New" has no foundation. The "New" fluctuates with the economy.

The "Old" consists of timeless principles that never change. The "Old" is where the authority lives. The "Old" is the foundation that fills your rooms with "pleasant and precious riches."

When you integrate Old Principles into New Markets, you create an Unfair Advantage.

You stop being "The IT Guy" who fixes laptops. You become the Strategic Scribe who stabilizes businesses.

While your competition is out there "gambling" on the latest marketing hack, you can build on a rock that doesn't move. 🏛️⚡

Inside the Scribe’s Framework, we break down:
✅ The Integration Logic: Why the most successful MSPs are built on laws that never change.
✅ Beyond the Stack: How to use "Old" wisdom to solve "New" technical revenue caps.
✅ The Riches Formula: How to align your MSP with the laws of increase so success is "added" to you.

Stop fighting for scraps in a commoditized market. Start bringing out the treasures that the world has forgotten.

🚨 True story: I generated $2.4M in 90 days for a client and got a $0.40/hr raise.

Forty cents.

I wish I was kidding.

That moment changed how I think about value.

You can be brilliant at tech and still be treated like “just the IT guy.”
Clients can LOVE your work and not see the business value you created.

After 18 months and $75K spent figuring out why, I learned this:

Technical excellence ≠ perceived value.
Perceived value = what you show them in business terms.

The MSPs who break out of the commodity trap aren’t better techs.
They’re better at making value visible.

They do three things consistently:

1) Reveal the problem the client doesn’t know they have

Don’t ask only “Is everything working?”
Ask: “What’s costing you time or money that IT could fix this quarter?”
Uncover hidden pain — then quantify it.

2) Translate tech into dollars and outcomes

Turn uptime, automation, and compliance into a business sentence:
“This reduces X hours of labor per month = $Y saved per year.”
Numbers beat platitudes. Always.

3) Present insights as responsibility, not sales

Lead with a recommendation framed as stewardship:
“I’m concerned this gap will cost you $Z in 12 months - here’s a three-step plan.”
Clients respect a professional who protects their business - not one who ‘sells’ them.

Here’s the kicker most MSPs miss:

You can deliver life-changing results and still be invisible if you don’t show the business impact in their language.

The result?
Great tech. Small checks.

Mediocre tech + clear business value = premium pricing and fast growth.

Want a quick win? Use this 3-line script in your next client meeting:

“In the last quarter, our monitoring found X incidents causing Y hours of downtime. That’s Z in lost productivity. If we implement [solution], we can reduce it by A%, saving $B/year. Do you want me to draft the plan?”

Drop that line. Watch the room change.

👉 Now your turn: Have you ever created massive value for a client and they completely missed it?
Tell the story in the comments - I want to read every one. (Tag the client if you must. We’ll laugh, cringe, and learn.)

If you want the full playbook I teach in my workshop — step-by-step scripts, templates, and the exact framework I used to turn invisible value into $2.4M — comment WORKSHOP and I’ll DM the details.

💥 Hourly billing is professional self-sabotage.

It punishes competence and rewards inefficiency.

Think about it:
You spend years mastering your craft - and the faster you solve problems, the less you get paid.

That’s not scale. That’s a slow bleed disguised as “work ethic.”

Hourly billing caps your income to your time.
Value-based billing scales your income with your impact.

⚙️ Hourly = broke, busy, and burned out.
💰 Value = leveraged, free, and profitable.

When you bill for outcomes, not hours:
✅ You earn more for solving bigger problems.
✅ Clients see you as a partner, not a vendor.
✅ Your time stops being your ceiling.

You can’t build Revenue on Repeat by trading hours for dollars.
You build it by measuring your value the way your clients do - in results.

👉 Be honest — what’s keeping you stuck on hourly billing: comfort, fear, or uncertainty on how to switch?
