Will AI kill or help small business to grow?
My True Experience😎
By managing own and clients marketing you need to keep hand on latest technologies to stay on the plane, otherwise competitors will show you how to do the stuff for your clients
We ware scared by AI as human-replace factor in a big list of industries. But what I see on practice - AI helps to leverage marketing costs for our clients.
And despite all scepticism, I see a huge potential in AI, and it's not a first-date experience.
A few cases, which my team successfully used for local business (especially for local business):
- AI booking assistant: imagine dentist who answering calls during appointment... Yup not the best experience
- AI shops chatbots - no fast response - loosed client. Plus a lot of clients asking similar questions: does item still available, shipping, sizes e.g.
- AI SEO tools - yes, a big pitfall here as most of agencies will explain how a big team works to get each keyword analysed)
But the truth is - AI and scraping tools can do a great research in a good hour for $$$
- AI content copywriting: I would say this one works by half, as still require a lot of editing over provided results, but still it saves your time and penny
What AI can't do (my experience / opinion):
- optimise your ads: despite all tools on the market, cheap AI can't do the magic - if your proposal don't shy to your customers, there is no too much AI can effort
- write hight convertible ads: same as above, maybe in near future I will see some valuable and share but right now only professional ads writers are wizards who can manipulate by text/video
- do vector images (logo/prints) - AI can draw a nice small-resolution content but not vector yet.
That's what I see from business marketing side. Sure, with team of developers, possibly your can push AI to do way more.
But if you looking for some next-day improvements without long checks - let me know did it worked for you too.
