and this client had EVERYTHING we needed to make this happen.

✔ strong branding and messaging (we just honed it in for social)
✔tons of social friendly assets for us to work with
✔creative freedom for design (they said “go for it!” And we really did
✔great marketing opportunities for us to take advantage of for social content

overall, their starting point was not bad at all. They just had no time or ability to take it to where their vision saw it
 that’s our job đŸ«¶

in a perfect world, I’d be everyone’s social media manager. but for today, here’s what I tell clients when they’re tangled up and burnt out with their brand’s social:

→ better content > more content
posting more when you don’t have any idea what your audience wants or quality content just amplifies what’s not working đŸ€·â€â™€ïž

→ yes, it should look good
substance matters. value matters. but visual appeal is what gets people to stop in the first place. you need both.

→ this isn’t your website
social is where connection happens. treat it like a conversation, not a brochure.

→ leave the algorithm be
you don’t need to hack it. you need to understand your audience and show up with intention. that’s the strategy. (easier said than done, but really that’s all it takes!)
