HAVE YOU EVER GOTTEN CRAZY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE POINT OF BEING SHOCKED? I have. JUST THIS MORNING I have had not one, but TWO, amazing customer service incidents happen to me and I LOVED them so I wanted to share and give credit where credit is due. So here they are.

1. Mint Mobile. Mint sent a Happy Mothers Day note from Ryan Reynolds (who owns Mint Mobile)...It included a link for a special gift from Ryan. Was it 10% off services? As is typical? NO! It was a pre recorded message of a 30 minute audio of Ryan reading a story to your kids so you have time to go do something else!!! WHAT!?!?!?! That was crazy amazing! He read the Ginger Bread Man. How cute is that?! (PS I totally love Ryan Reynolds)

2. Flywheel (my preferred web hosting company). I was having trouble adding a second item to an invoice to send out to a client for one time services. I hopped on the chat and no one hopped on right away but I had a meeting so I got off. Then I get an email from the same guy who helped me decide to and get signed up saying he noticed I was in the help chat and did I need anything. I responded with my issue and HE CALLED ME and helped me work it out!! What the actual heck is that? AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE thats what!!
This kind of customer care is what the world needs and what I aim to give to my own clients.
