Empowering women to ‘take the stairs’ and break the ceiling. Whether you believe there’s a glass ceiling or not, we’re here to create a community of powerful women who support each other and use their gifts for good. It may be in the workplace, at home, or in everyday life. The sky is the limit and this is the staircase to take you there and beyond.

HEY AUSTIN, MEET YOUR ARTISTS! 🎨🖼️✨

We’re bringing together talent across photography, digital art, oil painting, sculpture + more, including work that already lives on the walls of our studio. Now, we can’t wait for you to meet the artists behind it all and experience their work in person!

Along with the art, we’ll have free snacks + drinks from some of your favorite brands and a postcard stamp activation designed by our team, so you can create something of your own & leave with a little piece of the weekend.

📍 Where: Glass Staircase HQ, 205 East Monroe St.

MEET OUR 2026 FALL INTERN, ANA ⚡️

Born and raised in Guatemala, Ana has been calling Austin home for the past three years! She’s currently a senior at St. Edward’s University, majoring in Business Administration + Marketing with a minor in Digital Marketing.

In her free time, Ana loves exploring Austin’s coffee shops with friends, baking, and getting out of the house to discover new spots around the city!

Her favorite women-owned business is rhode skin by Hailey Rhode Bieber. She loves how the brand’s simple products, creative packaging, and strong social media presence have made it so recognizable.

We’re so excited to have Ana on the GS team this fall! Give her all the love below 💛

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, patsy torres ✩·₊˚ is a senior at UT Austin studying Advertising!

When she’s not at GS, you can probably find her side questing with her friends, filming + editing videos, painting, or cooking up something new.

Her current favorite women-owned business is TOPICALS! She especially loves their Faded Serum + Slick Salve Butter Moisturizer, not only for the products, but for the brand itself. She loves how fun and different their branding feels, along with their focus on representation, confidence, and making skincare feel more inclusive.

Inspired by mid-century modern design and the meaning behind Candace’s name, “glowing light,” we built her brand around the idea of being a guiding light in real estate.

From redesigning her logo to building out a cohesive style guide, every element was created to feel warm, modern, and distinctly Candace. The result is a refreshed identity that reflects who she is, where her brand is headed, and carries a little glow through every detail.
