Plaid Pony Productions is a full service production company created and operated by Stacy Scarsella. Stacy has over 15 years of production experience in print, video, runway, CGI, animation, graphics, post & editorial, music, still photography and live action. Stacy began her career in fashion show production, and soon fell in love with the world of advertising. Over the years she has held various titles ranging from Art Buyer to Producer, working in every medium from concept to ex*****on. Stacy brings a level of positive energy to every job which keeps her crews excited, happy and ready for any type of shoot, location or weather. She has shot all over the world and values the relationships and people she meets along the way. Plaid Pony Productions is a global company, but offers local crews and services in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, Miami and is based in Austin, Texas.

We’re celebrating the first day of fall with a look back at our project with Basil Hayden Bourbon.

Basil Hayden came to us wanting a story that felt cozy and inviting, and we brought it to life through local talent, a warm fall table, and thoughtful styling that made the brand feel right at home.

With an event loading in immediately after the shoot, our team adapted to the space, trucked in equipment, and worked closely with the creative agency to make every detail count.

At Plaid Pony Productions, we tailor every production to the location, scope, budget, and brand, creating work that feels intentional from start to finish.

Caris is a senior bringing experience in social content, graphic design, and outreach from her internship at Movement Mortgage. She’s active in National Charity League, Horizons of Help, PALS, Kardivas, and Bridge, where she loves mentoring and building connections.

Zoe, also a senior, is passionate about business, creativity, and storytelling. As an aspiring businesswoman, she’s excited to sharpen her skills in a fast-paced environment.

Charles is a senior who loves the outdoors, hiking, music, and collecting action figures.
