One week ago we won (by 30 points!!!) and defeated Prop Q -- the City of Austin's attempt to raise property taxes a whopping 20.2% this year and in perpetuity. Our Save Austin Now PAC campaign raised $300k+ in 6 weeks and ran an aggressive campaign including me sending 108,000 texts out during early voting & Election day to targeted voters to get them to the polls.
