✨ Govalle has just been named one of Austin’s newest cultural districts — and right at its heart is Canopy Austin, home to our very own Artists Screen Printing Co-op (ASPCO).

We’re proud to be part of this community, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you during the Austin Studio Tour this November. 💕 🎨

Finally! We get to show you all our studio again. Inside these walls, we SCREEN PRINT.

Our members are artists who love pushing ink through screens. Please do us a favor and come see us this weekend November 11th and 12th, and then come AGAIN the following weekend and do it all over again. 

If you want to get a head start on 🎄Christmas shopping, this event has your name written all over it. Our artist members will be selling their creations, and the VARIETY of styles you’re gonna see is the reason we exist!

New class alert! Learn to create a Multi-Layered Poster of your own design. This intermediate level class will briefly explore the context and process of multi-color printing as it exists in the creation of posters. Students will create an original edition of 10-15 prints utilizing the unique properties of transparent overlay to design a graphic in 2 colors. This class will be given over the course of two weekends in January of 2022.

Exciting news and a very big ask from ASPCO Supporters!

We have some VERY exciting news to share! ASPCO is moving to the Canopy Austin Studios in August! We are thrilled about this move! After being in our current space 7 years it is time to change things up, and also realistically with rising rents in Austin, our currently space has simply become unaffordable.

However, we have had our eyes on Canopy for years, and are thrilled to soon be part of the Artist's community there! But, even with this excitement comes significant moving and build out costs. Learn to screen print at ASPCO! Our summer and fall classes are now online. As part of our commitment to health and safety during the COVID pandemic, all classes will require students and educators to wear masks and gloves at all times while practicing social distancing.
