We work on a multitude of fun projects, but the University of Texas at Austin Admissions site is a personal favorite. We enjoyed thinking through the pain points students and their families go through to apply to college – in part because we just went through it ourselves. The Texas Admissions site required mapping student experiences, consolidating and streamlining navigation and working with the Admissions team to build out content hierarchy before we got to the design phase. That's oversimplifying it, but we loved it. If you've recently experienced college applications, you know the stress. We're looking forward to making it easier for next year's applicants - which starts TODAY! Good luck rising seniors!

This weekend we will be competing in BeeWeaver Honey Cook Off at their Honey Farm in Navasota, just south of the Aggie border. This Saturday's festivities include Infuzzed with infused honey tastings, hive and mead making demos prior to the cook off. More info and tickets https://bit.ly/BWactivities.
BeeWeaver is a favorite client who we've worked with for 20 years. We've been with them as they expanded their 5th generation beekeeping operation to include the BeeGood Mercantile, WildFlyer Meadery, Fly-by Sip 'n Snack, several seasonal events and farm vacation rentals. This weekend we're staying at Binford's Corner – a former schoolhouse and family home that's perfect cook off prep and family celebrations.
The work we've done for BeeWeaver is a reflection of the incredible people who make the Honey Farm the destination that it is. If you haven't been, Go! If you're looking for a good road trip from Houston, Austin or on your way to College Station, here ya go!

Tonight we celebrate with for the release of Claudia’s new book! Trusted Eye is about her mother Virginia Fontaine and her fascinating experiences in Europe collecting art and befriending celebrated artists in post World War II Germany. This book is one Claudia has been dreaming about for 10 years. When she and her sister accidentally came across one of her mother’s paintings in a museum a couple years ago, it was a sign to get it rolling. This is our second book with the Fontaine Archive. Working with these storytelling sisters is always a good time! Congratulations Claudia!

Doing work that brings joy is the greatest reward for designers. Last fall we worked with The University of Texas at Austin to create the class of '25 admit packets. Following for the past six months has been a slideshow of elated accomplishment.

Admit packets include a folded banner for social sharing. The tower was the perfect representation for this years Gone To Texas acceptance message – including the "25" on the back side that will be lit up when they graduate. Congratulations future Longhorns!
