Before you can creatively solve a problem, you need to define it in detail. 

What’s actually being asked? What constraints exist? What does success look like?

Putting it on paper turns a big, ambiguous ask into smaller, solvable pieces.

We recently had the chance to create custom merch for a client’s team offsite.

The ask included:

We partnered closely to shape a distinct approach for each piece, balancing brand standards with personality.

We explore what works and see how far it can go.

We got our hands a little dirty last week 🌱

Our team spent time at the nursery sorting seeds, cleaning, mixing, and planting—doing our small part to help something bigger grow.
