We Are All ONE
A Universal Truth Spoken Through Many Tongues
Across continents and centuries, in every sacred language and every whispered prayer, one truth pulses beneath all difference:
We are not separate. We are not alone. We are ONE.
From the silent meditations of the Upanishads to the songs of the Psalms, from the teachings of the Buddha to the words of Jesus,
from the Qur’an’s call to unity to the Lakota’s prayer, "All my relations"—humanity has always been reaching toward a remembrance of our interconnectedness.
We were never meant to journey alone.
Each tradition, in its own way, tells us:
- You and I are not other.
- The divine in me is the divine in you.
- What happens to one happens to all.
This is not just spiritual poetry.
It is a call to live differently.
To design our neighborhoods as places of belonging.
To create homes where aging is not exile, but sacred continuation.
To treat each other—not as problems to fix, but as kin to love.
In a world pulled by fear and division, this ancient truth—We Are All ONE—is the medicine we need.
