Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation needed a messaging, branding and website refresh.

The non-profit, which finances affordable workforce and senior housing, sought to simplify their story and update their digital and print assets – so the Buie & Co. creative team got to work.

🔍 We started off with a design audit to see what needed tweaks

🎨 From there, we redeveloped brand guidelines from start to finish, creating brand colors, a new logo and fonts that speak to their mission, vision and values

💻 Our team then put the guidelines to action by developing a website design and print materials that reflect CAHFC’s services and 40+ years of positive impact

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆: Clear and concise storytelling and design that truly reflect their organization. Now, it’s more straightforward than ever who CAHFC is and how they help the Central Texas community.

The future is bright at Harris Elementary! 🎉

Austin ISD celebrated the school’s grand opening last week, marking one of the first fully modernized campuses delivered through the 2022 bond program.

🎶The celebration was full of energy, with performances from Harris Cheer, the General Marshall Middle School Band and the Gus Garcia YMLA Guitar Ensemble, plus inspiring remarks from campus, district and city leaders.

🏫Inside, the new campus is designed for how students learn today with flexible classrooms, collaborative spaces, makerspaces and dedicated areas for art, music and early learners. Spacious, warm and welcoming, it’s a place built for connection, creativity and growth.

We’re proud to have supported this major milestone for the district. Seeing a school come to life and the impact it brings to its community is what it’s all about.

Congratulations to Emergency Services District 8 on passing Prop A! We’re proud to have supported the public education efforts that helped bring this initiative across the finish line and keep the greater Georgetown community safe and strong.

Now that voters-approved Prop A, ESD 8, in partnership with the Georgetown Fire Department, will be able to keep tax dollars local, fund new fire stations, add essential crews, and invest in life-saving equipment. Job well done! 👏
