A little website work between everything else on today’s schedule.

I’ve been making updates to the Flavor by Chef T website as we continue preparing for upcoming Dinner Nights near Lake LBJ.

This round of updates included refining the reservation process, connecting ticket sales, improving customer communication, and building email automations to help create a smoother experience from the moment someone books their table.

One thing running multiple businesses has taught me is that growth usually comes from improving the little things.

A smoother reservation process.

Clearer information.

Better organization.

A well-timed email.

A simpler experience for customers.

Those small improvements add up over time.

This project still has a few finishing touches ahead, but it’s exciting to see everything continuing to come together.

Now it’s time to print menus and keep checking things off the list.

Note to my children….

Someone else’s inability to provide what you need is information, not proof of your value. 💯

You can be worthy of love and encounter someone who struggles to love.

You can be worthy of understanding and encounter someone who struggles to understand.

You can be worthy of reassurance and encounter someone who struggles to give it.

Their capacity is about them.
Your worth remains yours. ⚓💕

They’re simply moments with my children.

A quick trip for a treat yo’ self moment with my daughter. A dinner out with my son. Small moments that remind me what matters most.

The truth is, the values I hope to teach my children are the same values I bring into my business: kindness, honesty, patience, growth, and understanding that our worth isn’t determined by someone else’s opinion, attention, or approval.

Whether I’m raising kids or helping business owners grow, I believe confidence comes from knowing who you are and continuing forward even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

A little peak at my work this evening.

I’m currently reviewing and refining the structure of a website project for Mesquite Retreat Kennels while we wait on a few final pieces to come together.

One of my favorite parts of a project is this stage, where the foundation is built and it’s time to focus on the details. Reviewing the customer journey, improving the flow, refining content, and making sure everything is working the way it should before launch.

A lot of people see the finished website.

What they don’t see are the hours spent organizing content, planning local SEO, optimizing Google visibility, and creating an experience that makes it easy for customers to find the information they need.

This veterinarian-led dog boarding facility in Kempner will serve families throughout Copperas Cove, Lampasas, Killeen, and Central Texas, so every decision is being made with those future customers in mind.

It’s coming together nicely, and I’m excited to share more as the project progresses.

For now, it’s back to reviewing pages, making adjustments, and checking items off the list.

A little life update and a photo dump from behind the scenes. 👋

I haven’t been posting as much lately, but that doesn’t mean things have slowed down I’ve been intentionally absent for a reason.

The last few months have been filled with family moments, client projects, late nights, strategy sessions, school, and helping launch a new business venture with my husband. A lot of the work happening right now isn’t flashy. It’s building systems, creating structure, solving problems, and making sure things are ready for long-term growth.

In between all of that, I’ve been working on website projects, helping businesses improve their visibility on Google, managing SEO and content, and building out a new kennel website that I’m excited to share here soon.
