When I started this business, my vision was simple: to build something that would stand the test of time and provide for my family. Along the way, I’ve learned one invaluable lesson—putting customers first and treating them like family is the foundation of success.
Word of mouth is incredibly powerful. It can either lift you to new heights or set you back just as quickly. In business, mistakes are inevitable, and sometimes they come with costs—extra time, money, or both. What truly matters is how you handle those moments. Being honest with your customers, owning up to challenges, and most importantly, finding solutions to make things right is how trust is built.
With the holiday season approaching, I’ve been reflecting on how thankful and blessed I feel. This journey would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my wife, family, friends, and each and every one of you. To all of my customers, thank you for trusting me with your screen printing, embroidery, and more. You are the backbone of this operation. Your word-of-mouth recommendations have propelled this business further than I could have imagined—I hardly need to advertise because of you!
What you see in this picture is a big step forward for my business—a significant investment in myself, my family, and most importantly, in you. Upgrading to an automatic press means I can deliver higher-quality prints faster and keep up with growing demand. While it’s a leap, it’s one I’m taking to better serve you.
