Which in most cases isn’t true…

In my case 100% wasn’t because of me.

I come to realize in the couple of years of being in business

I always made it about me. Then again I don’t really beat myself up too much because the 1st year in a half I was just trying to survive.. just trying to provide for my family.

My mentality was wrong.

But man let me tell you something as soon as I started genuinely trying to help people with their issues

My dry phone … phone doubled in calls

My word to mouth 10x itself

My days got a little bit busier

Met some amazing people

Just trying to go above in beyond in what I do and how I do it.

But the MAIN reason WE been successful is for our customers support.

Without you guys Top Grade Plumbing wouldn’t exist.

Thank you guys

There’s still a lot of room for improvement and we are working everyday on it 🫡
