✔️Minimum Size: 80 acres (larger properties encouraged)
✔️Water: Two reliable sources of water are preferred but not required.
✔️Almond Orchards: Preferred age of 4–12 years
✔️Pistachio Orchards: Preferred age of 7–20 years

September 2026 Almond Market Highlights | Tighter Supply – Firm Pricing

Alliance Ag Services is estimating the 2026 California almond crop at 2.475–2.525 billion pounds, below current industry estimates.

Nonpareil grower prices are holding at $3.30–$3.50 per pound, while August shipments increased 20.5% year over year. Export shipments were especially strong, up 31.0%.

With final carry-in revised lower to 470.7 million pounds, overall supply is tighter than previously expected.
