Our business is rapidly expanding! Our Bakersfield location is in need of someone who is a reliable team player & is flexible to perform multiple tasks throughout the day.
DETAILS:
• Pay will start at $15/hour
• Monday - Friday
• Available to work Saturdays and OT on occasion
• Not requesting many hours/days off
• Starts as PT position (up to 25 hours) with Progression opportunity into full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet incoming Visitors
• Onboard newly hired marketing reps for multiple locations
• Answer incoming calls & provide excellent customer service
• General administrative duties as required
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office equipment
• Schedule & Confirm Interviews
• Will work with and support all levels of staff, executive, sales, service and other admins
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 18 years or older & authorized to work in the U.S
• Highly motivated attitude, friendly personality, & professional appearance
• Excellent organizational skills and maintain excellent attention to detail
• Minimum of intermediate level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel
• Excellent time management skills and team player
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Will wear MANY hats, must be able to multi-task and stay on track
• Preferably 1 to 2+ years of prior admin experience
