Queen Beans Cafe is officially rolling—and turning heads everywhere it goes.

We had the opportunity to design and wrap both the Transit van and the mobile coffee trailer as a complete branding package, built from the ground up to feel bold, modern, and unmistakable on the road.

That flowing “neon” energy? Fully printed—not vinyl overlays—and something we simply couldn’t achieve at this level before upgrading to the Epson S80600. This is next-level color, depth, and finish that hits different in person.

Every line, every panel, every transition was installed to feel seamless—like it came that way from the factory.

Last-minute? No problem.

We wrapped this custom claw machine for Crocs just in time for the NFL Draft here in Pittsburgh — featuring a limited-edition Steelers Croc you can actually win. 🔥

Printed and installed using high-performance 3M wrap film with a gloss laminate, this was executed as a fully seamless install so it looks like it came straight from the factory. Clean edges, zero distractions, and a finish built to handle heavy foot traffic.

To support the activation, we also direct printed 12 styrene signs for A-frames to drive attention and bring people over to the machine.

Tight turnaround, multiple pieces, zero room for error — handled.

Good storefront design shouldn’t look added on… it should feel built into the space.

We originally designed and installed the illuminated sign on the right. When the business expanded next door, the goal wasn’t to “add more graphics” — it was to make the entire frontage feel cohesive.

That’s why every bridge line flows continuously across windows, panels, and even the textured brick section in the center. No breaks. No awkward transitions. Just one clean visual story across the whole building.

This is where experience matters.

Different surfaces require different materials, print settings, and install techniques to get consistent color and long-term performance. Done right, everything matches and holds up. Done wrong, it fades, lifts, or looks pieced together.

Custom designed die-cut glass etch install for STACKS Lottery Bar ♠️

This project completely transformed the storefront—taking a standard glass corner and turning it into a bold, high-end visual that fits the brand perfectly. The custom card-suit pattern adds privacy while still letting light in, and the entire design flows as one continuous piece across all panes for a super clean, seamless look.

Installs like this aren’t just about laying vinyl—this was a technical, precision-driven install across multiple glass sections, corners, and alignment points. Most shops will tell you their acrylic is “edge polished.”

What they usually mean is it was hit quickly with a torch.

That method is fast—but it doesn’t always produce a perfectly smooth, true edge.

Every edge is progressively sanded and refined through multiple stages—then compounded and polished to achieve a flat, distortion-free, crystal-clear finish.

It’s a slower process, but the result is a cleaner edge, better clarity, and a noticeably more refined look up close.

Just wrapped up this 2024 Ford F-350 cab wrap for Overbrook Piping Specialists LLC.

This build features a matte black base with layered satin and gloss accents to give the truck a bold industrial look while keeping the branding clean and readable on the road.

Another clean install at for studio lane. ✨

For this suite, we created a reverse-cut glass etch using premium frosted film, paired with a 24k gold mirror logo mounted on the interior glass for a subtle, high-end layered effect. From the hallway you get that soft etched privacy look, while the gold mirror catches the light and adds a touch of luxury.
