WOMAN TO WOMAN:
If he says “Yes” with his mouth but “No” with his actions, he’s really saying “No.”
i.e.: He says he wants to take you out, but hasn’t planned a date. Instead there’s an endless cycle of “When can I see you?”s or, “Let’s play it by ear.”
