Does it make sense to place ads on Linkedin? Several years ago I would have told you no. It was a waste of money and that there were other methods that were more effective. BUT

Recently we have noticed that Linkedin has improved the advertising platform. You can now do targeting that used to be possible on Facebook but is no longer available. The leads we are getting from Linkedin ads are more expensive but the respondents have much higher intent so it is cost effective. Contact me if you would like to find out more.

A new client just sent the following from a prospective customer:

"Hi Ieasha. Thank you. Someone responded to my chat also. Great website — offering email and chat! I will call and ask for you when I have a few moments."

They have been amazed how much business they were missing by not having a chat feature on their website. It helps them in a number of other ways as well. If you know any businesses who want to capture more business, I would love a referral.

I have felt this way about health portals too. But I also get why people can find tech intimidating. Even though I do tech for a living, a new app or program can be daunting with the learning curve.

Is Your Response Time Days, Hours, or Seconds?
If It is Not SECONDS, You are LOSING BUSINESS

People assume they can treat an online lead like they can a referral. With a referral, you can probably get back to the person the next day. If you do that online, they have already found someone else.

Do you have automated responses set up for leads from your website? If not, why not. You could be getting more business with no more advertising than you are doing now. Do you have a Webchat set up on your website? What about Facebook messaging and Google My Business messaging?
